You're a bad man...

Currently watching The Green Mile at the moment on TNT. Michael Clark Duncan is HUGE! Anyways, I'm wondering what to write about this moment. Let's see....

This is the part when I tell you how much big of a gamer I am. If I could only do one thing in life, it would be "to be surrounded by video games" at all times. I know it sounds real cheesy. Whenever someone says the term "video games" the first things that comes into people's minds are....

Toys
Nerdy
Violence
Waste of Time
Embarrassment
Incompetence
Silly
Ewwww
Ugh!

I completely understand. Not everyone like the same thing, and nothing is ever liked by everyone. I also know that some games are more Toys than serious, really nerd, contain violence for the sake of containing violence, complete waste of time etc etc.

The truth is....

Like all other things in life, gaming is an ether of complexity. There are some terrible games, offensive games, and games that are complete shit. But there are also great games that can teach you a thing or two. Some games are so great, you couldn't help but wonder how the things you see on the screen are some of the greatest art creations ever.

How can people not consider games as art? Maybe because to some...the definition of an artistic creation means that you and other people have to feel the same exact things when focusing on the same art. Well...I think that's a load of crap people like to keep making up. Can someone really suggest that two people can feel the EXACT same thing? Can two feelings from two different people be broken down to science, so much so that we could dissect feelings and consider them to be completely the same???

Well, I guess my point is that no two feelings are ever the same. Just like how every creature on this earth are all different, what I think and feel will never be exactly like what you feel or what anyone else feels.

But that's just one side of the argument. Lets get to the others later. For now....

I'm gonna stay a gamer.
